This is an investigative Survey to identify any damage in your property. This service allows us to confirm structural details, identify risks, refine the design for buildability and budget, and ultimately provide you with a much more accurate and reliable project cost before committing to any future works. Should you decide to engage Rapt Projects LTD as the Project Management for renovation works based on the subsequent detailed estimate, 50% of this fee will be deducted from your final project invoice.

We believe our surveys are different, as we focus on finding the root cause of the issue and propose remedial works to ensure the issue is resolved.

LEVEL 1 (£450+VAT)

Surface Surveyance (non-invasive) up to 60min

On site Survey assessing areas that are showing signs of damp & mould along with areas that could be susceptible. Use of thermal scanner & moisture meter as indicative measures. 

Detailed Scope of Works based on survey findings with accurate costings

LEVEL 2 (from £850+VAT)

In-depth Surveyance (sub-surface inspection) 90min + depending on property size

Full LEVEL 1 package plus - Removing patches of plasterboard, flooring, plaster, furniture etc to find root cause of damp using inspection cameras & taking samples.

Remedial work required post survey to be priced upon inspection.

In person Survey and consultation discussing your future plans for the property. Advice on ceiling prices within the area, purchasing price guide, and preliminary costings based on our discussion, floorplan, data from comparable past projects, and current market rates for labour and materials to help you make an informed decision on your purchase
