    Up to 120min site visit, including LEVEL 2 Consultation

    This Feasibility & Development stage allows us to confirm structural details, identify risks, refine the design for buildability and budget, and ultimately provide you with a much more accurate and reliable project cost before committing to your purchase & any future works.

    Should you decide to engage Rapt Projects LTD as the Project Management for renovation works based on the subsequent detailed estimate, 50% of this fee will be deducted from your final project invoice

Using thermal scans and scientific testing, this 120-minute investigative survey pinpoints any type of mould or damp in the property alongside the source.
