For bigger renovation projects we can provide the role of a Main Contractor. Through feasibility & development including 3D modelling visual design, scheduling & sourcing all trades from our close network of  trusted Subcontractors and providing Specialist contractors from our in-house team, we provide an end-to-end service. In addition RAPT will be on hand to liaise with Architects, Structural Engineers & Building surveyors so that your project meets with all regulations and represents your original vision in spite of any challenges that may come along the way. ALL projects include a professional clean job at the end of the job and leaving the site clean at the end of each day.

As a Main Contractor we provide an end-to-end service.   • Shower room renovation (Shower + Basin + Toilet) starting from £19k +VAT

Project Management

Project Management is key in bringing your dream space to life, on budget and on time. 

Built into this role includes 3 x Design Consultation meetings, All trades sourced & scheduled, All materials & goods sourced & ordered, Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers & Building surveyors so that your project meets with all regulations 

Sliding scale of 15%  - 17.5% based on Level involvement and if needed there is an additional cost of £75p/h for any further round table meetings with Robbie
